Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests upon their arrival
- Deliver outstanding customer service to guests and colleagues
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Prepare dining areas, including cleaning tables and arranging decorations, condiments, and utensils
- Assist team members with laundry, silverware roll-ups, and polishing glassware
- Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Guide patrons in selecting food and beverages by presenting the menu, suggesting cocktails and appetizers, and explaining chef's specialties
- Record orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar, noting any special dietary requirements
- Keep kitchen staff updated on meal timing
