The Voice of the Martyrs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as its Field Manager. As a key member of our international team, this individual will be responsible for providing management oversight for all VOM work within assigned fields, as well as supervising and directing assigned staff.

This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in cross-cultural ministry.

Responsibilities include writing project proposals, processing funding requests, gathering and submitting project documentation, managing change requests, completing quarterly project updates, and providing closeout process details. Additionally, the Field Manager will assist with knowledge management and provide coordination of management and administrative staff as needed.

A strong understanding of Microsoft Suite and project management software is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality. This position involves regular international travel, often in primitive situations, and requires a discreet and careful approach to maintaining confidentiality.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
