Job Title: In-Seat Server

Job Summary:

The In-Seat Server position at Legends is a dynamic role that requires exceptional guest service skills while working collectively and cooperatively in the Clubs or In-Seat environment. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing personalized service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with guests to assure guest satisfaction and provide exceptional service.
  • Provide personalized service and attention to detail to exceed guest expectations.
  • Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the stadium.
  • Support the service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running food.
  • Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
  • Be knowledgeable of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Must be able to read, speak, and write English language to communicate with guests.
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work all Sporting Park events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks, including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
  • Must have two to three years of working experience in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant.
