Proteam Solutions is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist - Marketplace Management to drive the planning and execution of our marketplace storefront and catalog management. This role is responsible for developing and managing the overall marketplace growth plan at manufacturer and product category level, as well as collaborating with cross-functional business teams to identify and prioritize areas of opportunity to grow revenue and serve customers on marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the digital catalog management with a focus on images, graphics, content quality, and desired outcomes for our customers and the business.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the Amazon Marketplace and eBay through Channel Advisor, creating new selling opportunities within the marketplaces.
  • Proactively identify product, service, and marketplace issues and resolve accordingly, staying up to date with the latest marketplace changes.
  • Develop and manage the overall marketplace growth plan at manufacturer and product category level, assisting with product demand planning and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to identify and prioritize areas of opportunity to grow revenue and serve customers on marketplaces.
  • Establish content strategies and guidelines across all ecommerce sites product portfolio and drive execution.
  • Establish measures of success from ecommerce marketplace marketing efforts, track and report performance against the metrics, and leverage insights to inform future planning and execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one to two years of relevant experience in marketplace management, product catalog management, ecommerce revenue growth.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience in ecommerce content management systems like Channel Advisor, Magento, CommerceHub, etc.
  • Experience working in ecommerce/cross-channel retail or consumer products, distribution, or manufacturer environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and/or understand available analysis and reporting to generate and leverage insights.
  • An understanding of consumer products ecommerce landscape, growth drivers, marketing strategies, and success metrics.
  • Solid data management experience with capturing and storing data in a product information system to include image, weight, and dimensions, product descriptions, ASIN information, ePID, UPC codes, and how to set up products without a UPC code in marketplaces.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Business Administration, Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, or equivalent experience.
