Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including inventory data and customer information.
  • Assist with taking pictures and entering data into multiple websites and social media platforms.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and finance teams.
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or in an automotive-related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $44,000 - $50,000, depending on experience.
