ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Guide, mentor, and cultivate a team of data analysts
• Establish and monitor performance indicators for the analytics team
• Set clear, workload-aligned objectives and expectations for the team
• Oversee the creation of analytical models and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely execution
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholder teams
• Convey complex data concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop and implement data strategies that align with operational and business goals

• Present outcomes of quantitative and qualitative research to internal stakeholders and external clients
• Engage consistently with various partners while establishing credibility by ensuring the analytics team produces accurate and high-quality deliverables on schedule
• Complete additional duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned
EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Senior Data Analyst leading complex multi-phase projects
• Prior leadership and management experience, preferably in a technology-driven environment is required
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, Scrum, and Six Sigma is advantageous
• Proficiency in utilizing a business intelligence visualization tool is required, with a strong preference for Power BI
• Education or experience in Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management is required
• Occasional overnight travel may be necessary

• Strong capability to lead and manage a mid-sized analytics team
• Strong business acumen with the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights using tools such as Power BI, Python, Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Data Warehouse

Remote work qualifications
- Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.
- Access to a home router and modem.
- A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible).
- A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.). PO Boxes are not supported, as a physical address is required for you to receive your computer equipment.
