Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Technician to join our team at SERVPRO of Kennett Square/Oxford. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring that every property damage is restored to its original condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Oversee and coordinate restoration projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with production staff, management, and office personnel to maintain efficient production processes and achieve team goals.
  • Customer Communication: Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document and report on project progress, including photos, documents, and data entry.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Experience and Certifications: Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in restoration or a related field, with certifications such as IICRC a plus.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance, and work in a fast-paced environment.
