Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective clinical care to patients, utilizing the nursing process and adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with the Department Director and Chief Clinical Officer to develop and implement strategies for improving patient outcomes and enhancing the overall patient experience.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical technology and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
  • Currently licensed by the Texas Board of Nursing as a registered nurse.
  • Current ACLS, PALS, TNCC & CPR Certifications.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience preferred.
