The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Relationship Manager to join our team at MassMutual. As a key member of our Business Intelligence organization, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong connections with internal business areas.

The Team

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who are passionate about building a deep understanding of our customers' business processes and challenges. We work collaboratively to educate or identify potential reporting solutions to meet their needs.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal business partners to understand their data needs and provide strategic guidance on business priorities.
  • Act as a liaison between the business and the delivery team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of data needs.
  • Participate in business review meetings and 1:1s with key stakeholders to foster strong relationships and align business intelligence initiatives with business strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and influence customers' adoption of BI solutions.
  • Provide training and support for ongoing education of BI products and services to drive a data-driven decision-making culture within the organization.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the BI roadmap to drive effective prioritization and influence recommendations based on business needs.
