Key Responsibilities:- Oversee maintenance teams and manage task prioritization
- Address maintenance service inquiries
- Implement and uphold safety protocols
- Maintain and repair equipment and grounds
- Conduct snow removal as necessary
- Evaluate vendor performance
- 2-3 years of relevant maintenance experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience in a supervisory role is advantageous
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Proficient knowledge in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and carpentry
- Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physical ability to lift weights up to 75 pounds
This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $24.00 to $26.00, commensurate with skills and experience.
