In this role, you will be tasked with supervising all maintenance operations across the community's premises and structures, ensuring top-notch service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee maintenance teams and manage task prioritization
  • Address maintenance service inquiries
  • Implement and uphold safety protocols
  • Maintain and repair equipment and grounds
  • Conduct snow removal as necessary
  • Evaluate vendor performance
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of relevant maintenance experience
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience in a supervisory role is advantageous
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Proficient knowledge in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and carpentry
  • Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Physical ability to lift weights up to 75 pounds
Compensation Package:

This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $24.00 to $26.00, commensurate with skills and experience.
