Key Responsibilities

  • Implement necessary treatment plans and ensure appropriate information and referral to community organizations and social service programs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in counseling from an accredited school.
  • Preferred one year experience in a healthcare setting.
  • State licensing as applicable to degree held, minimally licensed at the graduate level (LCSW-C by the Maryland Board of Social Workers).
  • Knowledge of community organizations and social service programs.
  • Effective communication skills with diverse populations.
