Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Paint Process Engineer to become a vital member of our innovative team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, executing, and refining paint processes to guarantee top-notch quality and efficiency across our production lines.

You will work with cutting-edge machinery and robotics, spearheading continuous improvement and operational excellence in our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and enhance paint processes for optimal quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to convert product specifications into process parameters
  • Perform root cause analysis for process challenges and execute corrective measures
  • Partner with ABB Robotics to improve automated painting systems
  • Lead continuous improvement projects utilizing methodologies such as 5S and Kaizen
  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members
  • Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards
  • Conduct process audits and identify improvement opportunities
  • Stay informed on the latest advancements in paint processes

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in Process Engineering, particularly in paint processes
  • Expertise with ABB Robotics and automation technologies
  • Strong analytical and project management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in the paint sector
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CAD software
