Job Summary

Pearce Services is seeking a skilled Wind Turbine Maintenance Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our wind turbines, performing routine maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular maintenance on wind turbine equipment, including fueling, lubrication, and repairs.
  • Operate a motor vehicle safely and legally, adhering to company policies and regulations.
  • Perform Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Complete and maintain accurate records and documentation using company-approved tools and procedures.
  • Utilize various torque and tension tools to perform maintenance tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor, with general supervision.
Requirements
  • Two years of experience in wind maintenance required.
  • GWO Certified (preferred).
  • Ability to work in confined spaces, such as inside a wind turbine nacelle.
  • Ability to climb a wind turbine vertically at least 300 feet.
  • Maintain a weight between 120 and 280 pounds, including clothing and boots, for OSHA safety compliance.
  • Lift and move equipment as needed (more than 50 pounds).
