Key Responsibilities:- Develop, coordinate, and perform tasks on the service plan according to resident preferences and abilities.
- Supervise and monitor floor staff, ensuring a high level of care and attention to detail.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, vital signs, first aid, wound care, and communication with outside healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Document care given, adhering to facility policies and procedures.
- Certification in the state of California.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and outside healthcare professionals.
- Ability to spend long periods on feet and ambulate quickly.
- Free of non-treated communicable diseases.
