Job Summary

FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team in the Endoscopy Services division. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales revenue and expanding our market share in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve a 10% annual increase in market share.
  • Pursue new business opportunities and develop new methods of attaining business.
  • Direct the clinical demonstration process for qualified target accounts and pursue such accounts through the closing of business.
  • Nurture current customer accounts through routine call patterns, product demonstrations, and in-service training.
  • Develop relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, biomedical personnel, materials management personnel, and hospital administration.
  • Provide training and support to customers on the proper use of equipment in the clinical setting.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team to evaluate new product prototypes and provide feedback.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of field sales experience in the medical imaging industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take charge of situations.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to travel 75% of the time, including overnight trips.
Working Conditions

The position requires the ability to sit for extended periods, use hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, and stand, talk, and hear for most of the workday. Close vision is also required.
