About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Claims Management Associate to join our team as an Insurance Credit Resolution Specialist. In this role, you will process 35+ insurance refunds daily, respond to inquiries, and prepare refund checks for mailing.

Your responsibilities will include implementing payer specific workflows, researching and resolving overpaid and denied claims, and managing worklists using Salesforce. You will also utilize athenaNet software to identify and print insurance refund letters, enter check numbers for tracking, and prepare checks for mailing.

You must have a strong background in physician revenue cycle/claims management, with 3+ years of experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
