Responsibilities:
  1. • Review, analyze, and follow blueprints, diagrams, drawings, procedures, and instructions to ensure compliance with quality standards

    • Conduct quality assurance checks to confirm assembled products meet specifications and quality standards

    • Identify and record product defects, reporting them accordingly

    • Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, Fabrication, and Logistics Departments to resolve quality-related issues and improve processes

    • Participate in training, coaching, and performance evaluations of assigned personnel to enhance quality control

    • Ensure effective communication among team members to achieve common goals and objectives

    • Comply with plant safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment

    Skills and Qualifications:
