Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rehab Service Manager to lead our rehabilitation department. As a Rehab Service Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership and growth of the rehab department, including hiring, managing, training, and retaining talented and high-performing employees. You will also be responsible for daily meetings, monthly billing, chart audits, and program development.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the rehabilitation department to ensure high-quality care and services are provided to residents and patients.
- Hire, manage, train, and retain talented and high-performing employees.
- Conduct daily meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Oversee monthly billing and chart audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and implement programs to improve rehabilitation services and outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in rehabilitation services, including experience as a physical therapist or occupational therapist. You will also need to have previous management experience and excellent leadership and communication skills.
