Join Our Team as a PRN Patient Access Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle switchboard and transfer calls efficiently and effectively.
  • Code alerts via intercom and paging systems.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all patients, providing a positive and welcoming experience.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a call center or medical office environment.
  • Critical thinking and leadership skills to address issues within the department.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, and insurance companies.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and keyboarding speed of 40 WPM.
  • Knowledge of professional telephone etiquette and soft skills.
