Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI/ML systems to drive business value.
  • Research and implement ML algorithms and tools to optimize performance.
  • Select and prepare relevant data sets for analysis.
  • Apply data representation methods to enhance model accuracy.
  • Identify and address differences in data distribution that impact model performance.
  • Verify data quality and integrity.
  • Transform and convert data science prototypes into production-ready solutions.
  • Perform statistical analysis and machine learning tests to inform model improvements.
  • Train and retrain systems as needed to maintain optimal performance.
  • Extend machine learning libraries to support new use cases.
  • Develop ML applications that meet specific business requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in ML and AI.
  • Deploy, train, tune, and scale AI/ML models to solve complex business problems.
  • Design and implement data pipelines to feed data to train models and manage them effectively.
  • Research AI techniques used in similar problem statements by other organizations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Cybersecurity space and its challenges.

Required Experience:

  • Advanced math and statistics skills in subjects like linear algebra, calculus, and Bayesian statistics.
  • An advanced degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in machine learning, neural networks, deep learning, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Software engineering skills.
  • Experience in data science and working with ML frameworks.
  • Experience with ML libraries and packages, such as the Natural Language Toolkit.
  • Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
  • Knowledge of computer architecture.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Azure.
  • Experience with Python for developing machine learning pipelines using scikit-learn or R.
  • Experience in implementing relational AI, graph AI models, LLM models, NLP/NLU, Behavioral AI, Computer Vision, etc.
