Job Overview
MNGI Digestive Health is seeking a skilled Patient Coordinator- Pediatrics Team to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will serve as a liaison between providers, hospitals, and patients, ensuring seamless coordination of care. About the Role
This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You will be responsible for coordinating multiple provider clinical schedules, hospital schedules, and allied health staff, as well as maintaining accurate electronic health records. Your excellent interpersonal skills and compassionate patient care approach will ensure that patients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic information and medical history
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for improving patient satisfaction and outcomes
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have an Associate's degree with 1-2 years of medical office or direct patient care experience. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Additionally, experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems is highly desirable.
