We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Aide/Caregiver to join our team at Interim HealthCare of Loudoun County, VA. As a PCA, you will provide personalized care and support to seniors in their homes, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to seniors in their homes
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and transportation
  • Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
  • Provide medication reminders and document client condition
  • Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration in Virginia
  • CPR certification
  • Six months of experience in a healthcare role (preferred)
  • Covid-19 vaccination card
  • Valid driver's license
  • Valid I-9 documentation
  • Current TB test or X-ray
