We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Avera Oahe Manor. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the quality of resident care, ensuring that patients receive the best possible treatment and support.
- Perform diagnostic procedures and follow orders issued by healthcare providers.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Assign duties to professional nursing and technical personnel, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Supervise and evaluate the work performed by nursing staff, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
- Graduate of a Registered Nursing (RN) education program.
- Active South Dakota RN license.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including 6:00am-6:30pm and 6:00pm-6:30am, with every third weekend and holiday rotation required.
- Competitive hourly rate of $46.50 per hour, dependent on experience.
- Eligibility for a $20,000 sign-on bonus, paid out over 24 months.
- Relocation bonus available.
- Student Loan Repayment Program, helping to pay off loans and save money.
