Avera is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Avera Oahe Manor. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for maintaining the quality of resident care, performing diagnostic procedures, and supervising nursing staff.
Responsibilities- Maintain good working relationships among nursing staff supervised
- Assign duties to professional nursing and technical personnel
- Supervise and evaluate work performed
- Perform diagnostic procedures and follow orders as issued by the provider
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Graduate of Registered Nursing (RN) Education program and an active SD RN license. You will also need to be able to work a variety of shifts, including 6:00am-6:30pm and 6:00pm-6:30am, with every 3rd weekend/holiday rotation required.
What We OfferAvera offers a competitive hourly rate of $46.50 per hour, with opportunities for career growth and development. You will also be eligible for a $20,000 sign-on bonus, paid out over 24 months, and a $2,500 relocation bonus.
