Position Overview

Embark on an exciting adventure that merges your enthusiasm for photography and sales within the vibrant realm of youth sports. Our photographers traverse various locations nationwide, capturing the essence of youth sports tournaments over 2-3 days on average. From urban landscapes to rural settings, we immortalize moments through stunning posed photographs of teams at these events, which are then offered for purchase to players' parents and guardians.

Compensation

Potential earnings of $35+ per hour, following training, complemented by performance bonuses. The base hourly rate is $17.

Key Responsibilities

As a Team Member, your responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Sales and customer service
  • Photography and editing of team images
  • Event setup and breakdown
  • Collaboration with team members

Specific Duties Include:

  • Capturing and editing team photographs
  • Engaging in-person sales with parents and guardians
  • Traveling to designated tournaments
  • Setting up and dismantling event setups
  • Exhibiting teamwork

Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or sales
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • The capacity to take initiative and apply critical thinking to daily tasks
  • The ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and remain on your feet for extended periods, potentially walking up to 10 miles daily
  • Availability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday)
  • A valid driver's license
