Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee all front of House operations, ensuring seamless service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Interview, train, and coach coworkers to ensure they meet the highest standards of performance and customer service.
  • Manage all related financial management processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Provide leadership and be a role model for all coworkers, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Bartending shifts available, with opportunities to develop and refine bartending skills.
  • Resolve guest concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide oversight for large party bookings, special events, and company promotions.
  • Set high expectations for coworker performance and ensure all policies and practices are followed.

Salary:
$45,000 - $48,000/year

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous restaurant or bar experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Outstanding organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations.
  • Engaging personality and ability to lead by example, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
Qualifications and Skills

  • At least one year of bartending experience, with a strong understanding of mixology and cocktail preparation.
  • A desire to grow as a leader and to continuously improve and develop skills and knowledge.
