Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Operations Manager to help establish Bojangles as the Industry Leader.

Job Description

This role involves managing a team in a fast-paced QSR environment, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service, managing restaurant operations, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a team of restaurant staff, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure excellent customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory management, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a positive experience, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Revenue: Meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on increasing revenue and profitability.
  • Inventory and Cost Control: Manage inventory levels, control costs, and minimize waste to maximize profitability.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in the QSR industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer needs and concerns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage inventory and costs effectively.
Work Schedule and Experience

This role requires a flexible work schedule, with a focus on meeting the needs of the business.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management is preferred, with a focus on leadership and customer service skills.
