Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Auditor to ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety and quality.

This role involves conducting detailed audits across various locations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit facilities, suppliers, and warehouses for compliance with corporate quality management policies and procedures.
  • Schedule, prepare for, and conduct audits, including those required by regulatory bodies and corporate standards.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, including Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).
  • Work closely with teams to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in managing customer food safety-related complaints.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a food industry QA role, with at least 1-3 years in a supervisory position.
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • HACCP and PCQI certification, with experience in GFSI auditing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Compensation:

  • $75k-$85k annually, based on experience.
  • Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.
