Job Description
  • Receives inquiry calls and schedules face-to-face assessments or refers patients to appropriate community resources.
  • Conducts comprehensive assessments and provides quality therapeutic care to patients seeking treatment for substance abuse, dual diagnosis, or psychiatric disorders.
  • Collaborates with clinical teams and physicians to ensure patients receive necessary care and support.

As an Assessment Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive timely and effective care. Your strong clinical assessment skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and families will be invaluable in this role.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Counseling and relevant licensure (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, IMFT).
  • Current unencumbered clinical social work, counseling license, or RN license.
  • CPR and CPI certification within 30 days.
  • Prior experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility working with adult and geriatric patients preferred.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $62,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including affordable medical, dental, and vision plans, up to 16 days of PTO, 6 paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
