Job Summary

As a Design Engineer at Prosource, you will play a crucial role in assisting our sales staff in creating comprehensive proposals for residential and commercial clients. Your expertise in product selection and AutoCAD drawings will be essential in delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales and clients to design solutions that meet their goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain commercial and residential designs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions that exceed their expectations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, and Visio, with a strong understanding of industry-standard software.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the AV industry, with a strong background in commercial and residential AV design.
  • Strong commercial and residential network design skills, with experience in lighting design a plus.
  • Proficiency in Crestron and Control4, with experience in BSS, QSC, and Biamp a plus.

Compensation

$75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
