Genie Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care in a corrections setting. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians to ensure the well-being of patients. Key responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient vital signs, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans. The successful candidate will possess a valid LPN license in IL, proficiency in airway management, and strong interpersonal skills. This is a contract position with a guaranteed 40 hours per week at $55.00 per hour. Benefits include 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and vision insurance. The work location is in person. Requirements include BLS Certification and LPN licensure. This is a unique opportunity to work in a corrections setting and make a difference in the lives of patients.
