Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and manage acute, chronic, or episodic health conditions.
  • Authorize necessary medications and treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough physical assessments of patients.
  • Formulate and execute patient care policies and protocols.
  • Coordinate referrals to additional healthcare providers and facilities.
  • Engage with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient management.
  • Supervise the daily operations of the IV therapy area.

Required Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience of 3 years, though not mandatory.
  • Valid licensure in the State of Texas.
  • Proficient in establishing rapport with patients.
  • Able to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
