Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage acute, chronic, or episodic health conditions.
- Authorize necessary medications and treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough physical assessments of patients.
- Formulate and execute patient care policies and protocols.
- Coordinate referrals to additional healthcare providers and facilities.
- Engage with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient management.
- Supervise the daily operations of the IV therapy area.
Required Qualifications:
- Preferred experience of 3 years, though not mandatory.
- Valid licensure in the State of Texas.
- Proficient in establishing rapport with patients.
- Able to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
