  • Assist in implementing new control systems and processes

  • Track and monitor recurring problems and provide solutions
  • Identify weaknesses in equipment and develop solutions
  • Train operators and maintenance technicians on equipment operations and troubleshooting
  • Assist maintenance personnel in maintaining an efficient production operation
  • Develop and implement standards for electrical systems
  • Report failure analysis and oil sampling results
  • Network communications with PLC's and VFD's
  • Sizing and design of control valves and advanced instrumentation

Requirements

  • Industrial electrical experience with extensive schematic reading capability
  • PLC coding and troubleshooting experience
  • Configuration of systems and network development experience
  • Any and all other electrical certifications
  • Preferable 3-5 years of documented experience

Training Requirements

All employees are required to attend employee and safety orientation prior to performing duties. Once completed, a supervisor will further orient the employee to the workplace and demonstrate work assignments.
