  • Leave Management: Ensure compliance with leave laws, including FMLA, PFL, CFRA, and worker's compensation, and provide guidance to employees on leave procedures and policies.
  • HR Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the HR team to support various HR functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of previous experience in HR and payroll administration.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with leave laws, including FMLA, PFL, CFRA, and worker's compensation.
  • Skills: Ability to effectively communicate leave laws, procedures, and examples, and to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
