Job Description:

The Club Ambassador will serve as the face of our operation, greeting all members and guests with a smile and ensuring a welcoming environment. You will be responsible for checking in members, facilitating communication on club software, and answering phones in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner.

You will also be required to communicate special events to members, sell retail products, and schedule member services such as tanning and hydro-massage. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining an atmosphere that makes members feel valued and supported, and staying knowledgeable about club facilities, services, and schedules.

Your salary will be approximately $44,000 per year, based on your location in Lawrence, Kansas, and industry standards.
