Fitness Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Fitness Ambassador to join our team at Crunch Fitness. This part-time role is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, addressing member questions and concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience.

• Greet all members and guests with a smile, setting the tone for a positive interaction.
• Check in members and guests according to company procedures, efficiently managing their experiences.
• Facilitate communication on club software during check-in, streamlining processes.
• Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
• Communicate special events to members and guests, keeping them informed and engaged.
• Maintain an atmosphere that makes members feel valued and supported.
• Facilitate all member requests or forward them to management, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Always maintain a professional demeanor, upholding the highest standards.
• Sell retail products, contributing to revenue growth.
• Schedule member services such as tanning and hydro-massage, enhancing their overall experience.
• Facilitate payment of member services according to company procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay knowledgeable about club facilities, services, and schedules, providing expert guidance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, upholding high standards of professionalism.
• Assist in projects as delegated by club management, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.

• Obtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification.
• Prior experience working with children is preferred.
• Certifications required by local/state laws must be obtained and maintained.

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour (estimated based on location)
