Job Title: Cashier Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier Associate to join our team at Grigg Enterprises, Inc.

Job Summary:

The Cashier Associate will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, processing transactions efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide assistance with finding products.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handle customer payments, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Skills: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
  • Basic Math Skills: Accurately handle customer payments and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Physical Demands: Stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently around the store.
