About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Scrub Tech Intern to join our team at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. As a Scrub Tech Intern, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and maintain supplies for surgical procedures
  • Prepare the sterile field and pass surgical instruments
  • Assist in room preparation and maintenance
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and safe patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as completion of an accredited Scrub Technologist program. You must also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
