Job Summary
The eDiscovery Process Manager is responsible for developing and overseeing processes that ensure compliance with Charters legal hold and eDiscovery policies. This role will manage a team that supports Charter attorneys in the execution of litigation and compliance matters.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Support Charter and outside counsel attorneys by providing expertise in custodian/system scoping, data collection, and data processing/review/and production processes.
- Develop strategic plans that include process and technology improvements.
- Develop and manage team and e-discovery budgets, ensuring strict fiscal adherence.
- Audit legal hold processes to ensure compliance.
- Provide timely reporting on all e-discovery efforts.
Required Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
- Proven litigation practice, project management, and business analysis experience.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy, professionalism, and client-service orientation.
- Thorough knowledge of software used in the electronic discovery process. Specific experience with Relativity is required.
- Detailed knowledge of litigation and related discovery processes.
- Working knowledge of enterprise-class production IT systems such as Exchange email, ERP systems, and SharePoint.

- Project Management or eDiscovery certificate preferred.
