Client Intake and Eligibility Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join Brightpoint as a Client Intake and Eligibility Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for determining eligibility and enrolling families into Brightpoint programs. You will maintain a minimum standard of quality established by program regulations and within Brightpoint's guidelines.
You will work closely with other departments to ensure maximum benefits to families. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalency, plus two or more years of work experience in consumer relations, business, administration, energy employment/job training skills, or other social services.
