Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at American Tire Distributors. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Mixing Center by tracking, validating, and processing shipping documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and process designated documents daily, including shipping notifications and vendor invoices.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, and provide administrative support to the operations team.
  • Coordinate building and maintenance issues, and maintain contact lists of vendors.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing mail, and receive and sign for packages from couriers.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Computer literacy and experience with software applications, such as IMS.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
