About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at FAS MART. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Operations: Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement effective store operations strategies, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
  • Financial Management: Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Age:** 21 years or older.
  • Transportation:** Access to a reliable vehicle and liability insurance.
  • Flexibility:** Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Communication:** Fluent in English with basic math skills.
  • Background Check:** Pass a pre-employment background check.
