General Manager - Western and Northwest

EquipmentShare is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our expansion into the Western and Northwest regions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building a high-performing team, and establishing a strong presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, inspiring the team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Build and develop a talented team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Maximize branch performance by managing operations, balancing work hours and payroll, and conducting regular profit and loss reviews.
  • Monitor key metrics, including equipment utilization, warranty recovery, billed mechanical hours, and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with the team, keeping management informed of issues and actions taken.
  • Resolve conflicts and establish clear goals with well-defined expectations for the team.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the rental industry or a similar field.
  • Minimum 10 years in a leadership role, with a proven track record of coaching, mentoring, and performance managing others.
  • Proven experience as a main leader or executive overseeing profit and loss responsibilities.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
