Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in managing and coordinating the holistic wellness program for residents in independent living.
- Conduct clinical, cognitive, and social assessments for residents at designated intervals.
- Facilitate referrals to support services and provide necessary education.
- Coordinate access to fitness, activity, and pastoral care programs as needed.
- Participate in interdisciplinary wellness meetings to evaluate assessment data and enhance programming options.
- Deliver a range of nursing duties to ensure high-quality care for residents.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; must hold a current Pennsylvania RN or LPN license.
- At least one year of experience in a related role is preferred.
- Strong skills in reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics; excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; knowledge of medication interactions and side effects; current CPR certification.
- Ideal candidates will thrive in a positive, respectful, and customer-focused culture, embodying the organization's mission, vision, and values.
