Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, ensuring all equipment and machinery are in good condition, and providing support to our maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the shop floor by sweeping and mopping regularly
  • Cleaning and wiping down machinery to prevent damage and ensure efficiency
  • Painting machines, guarding, and fixtures as needed
  • Performing pressure washing tasks to keep the shop clean and tidy
  • Assisting with special projects around the shop, such as repairs and maintenance

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and able to take initiative without supervision
  • Prompt and reliable, with a willingness to help colleagues when needed
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled shop setting
  • Steel toe boots and safety vest required

A competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional growth and development.
