We're seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) at ABA Centers of Delaware. As an RBT, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy services to children and teenagers with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

About the Role:

This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients while gaining valuable experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You'll work closely with experienced clinical teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, using evidence-based techniques to promote social skills, daily living skills, and emotional regulation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes, communities, or centers
• Implement training and therapy sessions designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and summarize data during sessions to track progress and inform treatment decisions
• Collaborate with families, BCBAs, and other professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

The Ideal Candidate:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in related field (e.g., psychology, education) a plus
• Availability to work after-school hours, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation, driver's license, and car insurance for in-home services
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
• BT: Completion of 40-hour RBT training course and eligibility to pass RBT exam within 45 days of hire
• RBT: Attendance at required training program
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
