KidStrong Summer Camp Coach

KidStrong is a rapidly growing private child development training center focused on brain, physical, and character development for children aged walking through 11 years old. Our science-based curriculum is parent-focused and taught by professional coaches.

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Coach to join our team at KidStrong. As a Coach, you will be responsible for leading our summer camps and providing a fun and engaging experience for children. If you have a passion for working with kids, fitness, and coaching, we encourage you to apply.

• Lead summer camps for children aged walking through 11 years old
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and grow
• Communicate effectively with parents and children
• Work collaboratively with other coaches and staff members

• Experience in fitness and coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age range
• Experience talking to and educating parents on our child development curriculum
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
• CPR certified
• Experience running summer camps preferred
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic
