Job Title: Multi-Store Asset Protection Manager

Position Overview:
The Multi-Store Asset Protection Manager (MAPM) is essential in executing key Asset Protection initiatives. This role focuses on advancing programs aimed at preventing theft and fraud, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining safety standards, and adhering to environmental regulations while simplifying store operations. The MAPM works closely with District Managers, Store Leaders, and team members to fulfill the goals of the Asset Protection and Store Operations departments.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Mitigating Internal and External Theft and Fraud
  • Recognizing theft patterns and developing effective solutions
  • Partnering with law enforcement to bolster brand security
  • Evaluating shrink performance and implementing reduction strategies
  • Overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of Asset Protection associates
  • Promoting Merchandise Protection Standards and safety programs
Reporting Structure:
  • Reports to the Regional Director of Operations
  • Supervises Asset Protection Specialists
  • May involve occasional overnight travel
Qualifications:
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Relevant degree or a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail Asset Protection
Preferred Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in multi-unit retail Asset Protection
  • Understanding of Organized Retail Crime factors
  • Experience in conducting internal investigations
Physical Demands:
  • Requires physical activities such as walking, standing, and lifting
Work Environment:
  • Position is situated in a comfortable indoor setting
