  • Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests with a courteous and professional approach.

Executive Support:

Office Administration:

  • Oversee the procurement and upkeep of office supplies and equipment, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Manage both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring accurate and organized record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to maintain seamless office operations.
  • Assist in planning company events, client meetings, and other activities as needed.

Client Engagement:

  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, consistently delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, ideally in a corporate setting.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong grasp of professional etiquette.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems is highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of office equipment and digital communication platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Positive, proactive demeanor with the ability to manage high-pressure situations with composure.
  • A high level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential matters.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus (but not mandatory).

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or higher is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
  • Experience with high-end clientele is a significant advantage.
