Branch Director

We are seeking a seasoned Branch Manager to lead our Leesburg, VA branch and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking operations and management, with a proven track record of enhancing daily operating procedures and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee branch operations and develop strategies to drive business development
• Ensure compliance with OFAC, BSA/AML, REG D, REG E, and REG CC regulations
• Lead and manage a team of tellers and support staff
• Provide exceptional customer service and support for consumer banking products
• Recruit, hire, and manage new team members
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to drive new business

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Over five years of branch banking experience
• Over three years of management experience
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
